Accessible midibuses are available for our guests who wishes to use HAVAİST buses with their wheelchairs. If our guests with wheelchairs who want to benefit from this service inform us before their use, it will decrease their waiting time.
Our guests with wheelchairs who want to go to the city center from the airport are required to submit their requests by indicating which HAVAİST route they want to use at least
1 hour in advance through HAVAİST communication channels or HAVAİST counters located on the transportation floor at the airport.
Our guests who want to access the airport from the city center are required to submit their requests at least
6 hours in advance through HAVAİST communication channels by indicating which HAVAİST route they want to use and which HAVAİST stop they will get on the bus.

Our accessible luxury black taxis serve our guests who have limited mobility and travel from the airport by taxi. Guests who wish to use an accessible taxi with a seating mechanism that facilitates getting on can register their requests at the taxi desk located in the greeting area on the arrivals floor.
Drop-off and Pick-up Points
Drop-off and pick-up points for our disabled guests are available across entrance gate 1, 3 and 7 on the departing passenger floor.
Disabled Parking Spots
The parking spots located closest to elevator and terminal entrance gates are reserved to vehicles carrying our disabled guests.
We have disabled parking spots available in close vicinity to the entrance gates and elevators on each floor and car park section of our airport. There are also accessible toilets available in each toilet area of the car park. Our disabled guests who want to use our car park free of charge for up to 15 days are required to be in the car in person and submit the required supporting documents for their car and their condition.
