For our guests with white canes, we have the Tactile Paving application that covers the area from the pavement prior to the 1st, 3rd and 7th entrance doors on the departure floor, passing the priority security point and reaching the information points, from the arrivals floor reception points to the public transportation area and taxi waiting area.
At the information desks that can be reached by the tactile paving, there are bilboards containing the information of floor and services provided on the floor in Braille alphabet.
The tactile paving, starting at the departure floor sidewalk, also turns right before reaching the entrance gates and extend to the assistant call phones. In order to receive the assistance service from the airlines, the relevant personnel can be reached by picking up the phone and clicking the button on the right of the phone.
